You directly provide Prabina with most of the date we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards via email

We do not collect, store or use any of your financial data. We work with PostFinance who process all payments made by our donors. Please refer to PostFinance’s privacy policy for more information on how it processes and stores your personal data.
How will we use your data?
Prabina collects your data so that we can:
- Process your subscription, manage your account
- Email you with newsletters or announcements about the foundation
How do we store your data?
Prabina securely stores your data at our password protected Microsoft cloud storage. The access to this storage account is limited to the Managing Director and management team of Prabina.
